As well as selling stories to national newspapers and women’s magazines, I regularly receive requests from producers and directors who are casting for national TV, film and documentaries.
Many of these requests are for people whose stories have appeared in print in newspapers or magazines.
For example: ITV This Morning, Good Morning Britain, Lorraine, Loose Women, BBC News, Channel 5 News, Tonight, Panorama. Then, if people wish to go on and be interviewed about their story, everything can be arranged through Featureworld.
BUT EVEN IF YOU DON’T HAVE A STORY TO SELL YOU CAN STILL BE FAMOUS AND MAKE MONEY …
I also regularly receive enquiries from the producers and directors of real life and reality Television shows who are casting for willing participants.
Documentary researchers from the BBC to smaller programme makers also ask me to put them in touch with people who want to appear on TV. These include requests for auditions for TV extras and film extras.
