Multiple deals: Ellie Fairfax and sister Siobhan Terry’s story appears in WOMAN magazine…

Ellie and Siobhan
At Featureworld I specialise in gaining interviewees different publicity in as many outlets as possible.
Getting their story out there in multiple publications was very important to sisters Ellie Fairfax and Siobhan Terry – because they wanted to raise as much awareness for cervical cancer and supportive charity Jo’s Trust as possible.
Siobhan Terry was a mum of one and hoping to have another baby when a routine smear diagnosed her with cervical cancer.
Sadly, the treatment left her unable to have a sibling for her daughter – but then sister Ellie offered to have a baby for her, using Siobhan’s husband Dean’s sperm.
It has been a joy to follow Ellie and Siobhan with their truly wonderful story. Ellie first contacted me to sell a story for charity when she was pregnant. Then their story was placed with the Sunday People newspaper and the Daily Mail.

Ellie, Siobhan and Fionan in Woman!
When adorable son Fionan was born to Ellie, and handed over to Siobhan and Dean, their amazing update to their story was placed with Take a Break and the Daily Mail. And I am delighted that it has now made the cover and is featured over two pages of Woman magazine!
Ellie says: “We are really happy to have done our story as it hopefully raises awareness of cervical cancer screening & also that there is life after cancer and ways to have children following treatment 🙂 And we are really grateful to you for everything you’ve done for us.”
