For years Ryan and his sister harboured a terrible secret – they were both abused by their stepfather.
He told both of them never to tell anyone – and as terrified children, they never did.
And when their stepdad split with their mum and disappeared, never to be seen again, they felt there was no hope of ever getting any justice.
But then Ryan stumbled on Keith Savage on Facebook.
He sent Savage a message saying how much hurt he’d caused him. Savage replied – and he later confessed what he’d done to Ryan and Tammy to his wife. She turned him into the Police.
Savage was jailed for 31/2 years at Bradford Crown Court.
Ryan, Tammy and their mum Linda decided to tell their story to Best magazine and their story appeared on the cover, and over three pages.
